Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Credit vouchers can only be used against transfers before 2 calendar years from the point of issue.
• If a cheaper transfer is selected no refunds can be offered. However the credit can be used against multiple transfer bookings if made at the same time.
• Credit cannot be used in conjunction with other special deals and prices.
• Normal cancellation rules apply but no cash value or refund will be offered for credit amount.

• If used against more expensive transfer, the difference will be due.
• Credit is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and may not be applied retrospectively.
• To use please give your original booking name and number to the operator at the time of booking. Without valid information the operator will not be able to apply the credit or give you the discount.
